Nothing like OB Gordon (because it has become a sugar bomb), but here goes:

13 lbs. Marris Otter
1 lb. 60L Crystal

Mash at 146F for an hour

4 oz. Centennial at first boil of a 1 hour boil

2 lbs. table sugar at 5 minutes left in the boil

4 oz. Centennial at Flame out

London Ale Yeast

4 oz. Centennial as Dry Hop

Truthfully, don’t think that this really comes close to what you want, but it’s my version of a BIG red ale.
