’m going to go with The Bruery..they have a bunch of downright bad beers they pass off as good beers...but shit, some of their beers are damn freakin’ good...though their bottles always seem severely undercarbinated. Drinking Papier right now and damn, If they could just cure their tommearthuritis with the flat bottles, they’d have a future. The Berliner Weiss is sublime as well...though I’ve only had it on draft, where carbonation doesn’t seem to be a problem.
Too bad the Partridge in the Pear Tree, Autumn Maple, and Batch No.1 - Levuds suck serious ass.

Hmm... A couple come to mind.
Ithaca. It’s almost like they have two breweries. One makes the Brute, and a couple of the other excelsior series. The other makes garbage like nut brown and apricot wheat.
Lagunitas. Hoppy stuff? Goooood. Zappa stuff? Baaaad.
Southern Tier. I find I either love their stuff, or don’t want to drink it. Very few of them have I found to be mediocre.

Arcadia. They make some nice stuff but every few bottles are infected. I think they have a quality control issue.
