for me it would be Brouwerij de Molen...not all of these ratings are entered, but they the ones i’ve tried are either great or bad IMO
Hits: Amarillo (4.1), Cuvée (4.0), Bommen & Granaten (4.0), Storm & Averij (3.9), Tsarina Esra (4.1)
Misses: 1914 Triple Stout SSS (3.1), 1914 Porter (3.2), Donder & Bliksem (3.3), Rasputin (2.7)
Have but yet to open: Black Damnation, Hel & Verdoemenis, Pek & Veren

Some of their shit is great, but they have (and have had) some massive QC & infection issues that need to deal with.

You should try some of the infected Smoked Doppel Bock. Sour smoked Sausage Ale is a great style.

Yeah I was going to mention that too.
How the f’ are you going to release an entire infected batch? I have not talked to one person yet that has had a Rauch Doppel Bock that wasn’t infected.
