First brewery to pop into my head is Boulevard. Some truly amazing beers (Tripel, Saison, Impy Stout) and a very good one (Quad), but most of the rest of their lineup is very disappointing, esp. the year-round stuff in 12oz form. Even the Brett Saison is hit or miss...draught samples have been superb every time I’ve had them in the past several years, but this latest bottled version is a hop bomb that bears no similarity to the Brett Saison I used to love.

And there’s Dry Dock too...they made a world-beating foreign stout once (seriously), but almost everything else I’ve had is embarrassing-to-mediocre. I don’t understand.
