Ok folks, quick update on the bus situ.

Simons bus is in the garage at present, itís had a test run - ran well, a few things to fix so were hoping for an OK on it.

If this isnít the case I have made an enquiry and have a quote for £240 for a 29 seater from a coach hire firm to fulfill all of our needs.

At present we have 18 folks down so this would cost £13.33 a head or less if we get more folks.

I did say at the beginning you canít always rely on a 30+ year old bus but fingers crossed still and I hope the cost of a pint on top of the original suggested £10 is OK with you all.

Thatís OK with me Colin, probably a good idea to get final numbers for buffet so I can get Roberto to organise it with the Waggon.

Just in case you didnt know the Wellingtons grand opening is this weekend so it should all be re open and running to full capacity before your visit the weekend after. Sounds like they have spent a lot of money on it and they have a new roof terrace.

Will you still be able sneak out the back and into íThe Old Joint Stockí via their smoking area, I wonder?

The roof terrace sounds cool (if not bloody wet and cold), Iíll have to stagger up there for a look.

Fine by me. The cotteridge lads have cleared out one of their store rooms so weíll have plenty of space.
