Bogus/Fake place reviews

The admin’s aren’t omniscient and omnipresent. If you see somehting that looks really suspicious, send in a bug report. If it doesn’t get settled immediately, it’s likely being discussed and we’ll get to it.

Being a member and complaining about fake users and raters without pointing anyone/anything out is helping nobody. :/

Do you really want me to send you a message every time I see a fake user?

jfpython, alexmuckler, and cvon356. All of these guys are just the blatant fakes which reviewed one place.

No, do continue, list every single one you know of.

Also, erhead64 is legit. Her "contribution" to the site might be a single, perhaps overblown, wordless rating but the person is legit. Logging in once, giving a slightly bloated, useless rating and never logging in again is not illegal.

The only real problem with that is that every place rating counts.

ASparks, this dude rated a place he works at it seems. The guy is probably legit, but I don’t think RB allows people to rate where they work.

Almost, everyone’s a legit local person (only cisco_kid is suspect) with no clear direct relations to Sergio’s, apart from cvon356, and that link’s a stretch.

Those are shit reviews, annoying, but, again, technically legit. For now.
