I was going to rebrew a saison that just flew out of the keg, but Iím thinking about a cream ale instead.

Brewed a lighter IPA with a ton of late hop citra additions and plan to brew a big porter this weekend that I will age on coconut and vanilla beans. Just turned my garage fridge into a kegerator last nIght as well. Four batches in and I have already probably gone overboard with this stuff already.

Gonna do an all Centennial IPA. Pretty simple grain bill, Briess 2-row, half a pound each of Munich 10 and Carapils. US-05. Lots of Centennial. Shooting for 1.060 to finish at 1.006-1.008.
