used North Coast Brother Thelonious as my beer of choice to make chili yesterday. It really worked out great. I can’t explain how, but it did.

I have used Belgians in chili quite a few times and never regretted it. Try one with some garbage can (sauteed onion, bell pepper, garlic, etc...) spaghetti sometime. 6/24/2009 4:31:16 AM
