CBC 2nd Birthday 29-30th June - Clerkenwell

Wasn’t the CBC one a blend?

Can we stop saying CBC on this subject aa it’s unclear if you mean Copenhagen or Craft Beer Co.I will add the ImImperial Brown BA version then and move Jackl rating which again refers to one CBC and not the other.

I use cbc for copenhagen beer celebration. I would simply type Craft for the bar is it isn’t that much longer then cbc.

I recall Evin saying that the stout in the Whisky barrel was very redolent of whisky and considering blending it down. This may explain why the Copenhagen beer was 8.0% (and IMHO less barrelly) and the Craft 2nd B’day beer 10.3% and pretty barrelly!



I’m pretty sure these are different beers but if in doubt - split it now, it’s easier to merge than split futher down the line. This is the gospel according to St ChrisO!
