CBC help: Mikkeller Hot Dog Beer

Chatted with Mikkel about this one. He said all Citra 3% APA. It was $@$# delicious. One of my favorites from CBC.

Anyone know more so it can be added? I don’t know where this one was contract brewed or if it was a one-off for the festival brewed on his own system.

Was it the beer the guy from Fanø sucked through a sausage!?

Nope. It has no hot dog character, that’s why I’m pretty sure most people didn’t try it. They thought it was hot dog flavored beer.

To be fair, it would not be the first time the brewer tried and succeded in a mock-pork beer.

The Young Spontanale was the beer we had til the dinner, not the draft one at the Hot Dog Stand !!!

Is this a beer that will go well with hot dogs or beer that tastes like hot dogs? If it is the latter I will state that they should shoot for "Rutt’s Hut Ripper" flavor.
