Looks to me like he is pretty clearly saying they are the regular Zhukovs.

Expand to Tennessee next please.

Why is Cigar City expanding all the way to PA? Have they saturated the FL market and have to expand already? And if so, why would a brewery skip over so many neighboring states to expand into such a distant market?

I thought they were having to expand the brewery to keep up with demand, not having to expand distribution to keep up with current production?

Yes the Florida market is saturated with CCB. The Cigar City guys have grown tired of giving away their beer since no one will buy it. They figured they would turn to other states to unload the beer on unsuspecting beer geeks.

In my opinion they should turn to ratebeer members for marketing advice. Maybe the all knowing here can help turn around this fledgling business. eye roll
