I could pull all the star ratings and you would see 2 and 3 star players throughout the entire secondary.

BULLSHIT, you don’t have talent. You have top 10 recruiting classes since 2010.

And 2008 and 2009 you had Top 20 classes! Before that a few more in the Top 10 (not that many if any of those kids are left).

The LAST thing anyone here wants to hear from you is that you don’t have talent.. we ALL at you.

With that said, if you are pulling in those deep of classes AND NOT ABLE TO ADDRESS major areas of the team. isn’t that a DIRECT link that supports us insulting your coach?

It’s definitely not hating either.. I’m envious of the classes you’ve obviously been pulling in. I’m sure many of us are.. but it’s black and white to me. You can’t insult the talent.. yet be pulling in essentially WHATEVER kids you want and getting such lofty rankings.. and not find that a major flaw of your staff.

I definitely think Auburn has a ton of potential. They’d crush Iowa right now. But you aren’t gonna find a lot of sympathy here from any of us about weaknesses at positions with the recruiting your program has been pulling in.

So your coaches recruit a QB who is a spread style dual threat athlete. The coaches then change the offense and somehow the QB is to blame? Bullshit man. Your coaches should play to the strengths of their team all try and set their players up for success, Chizik isn’t doing that and you know it.

Here you are hitting on something, we have recruited kids with character issues and have been hit with major attrition going back to Tuberville’s last year. I don’t have time right now, but I’ll go compile everything we have lost and some recruiting info to show what I am saying. Yes, that is a flaw and a concern I have.

My point is people have jumped the gun calling Chizik a crappy coach (this is general perception, even outside our shit thread). Beauty of it is, he has a lot of work to do right now and he he either proves the critics wrong or doesn’t have what it takes. If he does not produce BCS bowl teams in 2013 & 2014, he will fully earn the shitty coach tag.

C’mon Cheese, do you even read what I post? I just said they changed the damn offensive scheme, of course that’s a big adjustment issue for the young man. You watched the MSU game, he was mental and afraid of the pass rush. Hesitant and could not make progressions. He alone had FIVE turnovers against you guys. He is a Sophomore and I hope the light comes on eventually.

He did much better in the first half of the LAMO game, but again in the 3rd qtr Loeffler dialed up a great post route for Blake, no safety help, 35 yards of open space down the middle. Frazier didn’t even have to make a progression and still turned inexplicably and fired a ball straight to LB.

Listen clearly... You have two new coordinators who only have 3 games under their belts while installing new systems. Lumps will be taken this year, including those by a young QB who has always run Malzahn’s offensive scheme back to HS.

I don’t think you thought about what you posted. A good coach would not try to force a square peg into a round hole. Urban Meyer played to Leake’s strengths, and I think we know how that one turned out. You have constantly defended Chizik as a good coach, sorry Pig, the evidence says otherwise. Frazier will never be an effective QB in a pro-set style offense, ever.

No, again, you condemn too quickly. The kid is playing terrible, but it is his 3rd game. He did show significant improvement last week (meh it was LAMO). A kid has played 3 games as a true soph. and you make a never statement? Are you serious? Really? 3 games, new system.

I’m not saying the guy is Mike Ditka or Jimmy Johnson, I’m saying I think he has done a pretty good job with massive distractions and whether he is an above average coach will be played out in the next 2-3 years.

Yes, I’m pretty disgusted with our team but next year will be the first year Chizik has all of his own recruits and we will start to have more balance in upperclassmen. I’m not ignorant and I’m sure as shit no sunshine pumper. I will allow the man until next year, before I agree the seat becomes hot.
