Hi Everyone,
Some of you already knew that I was working on starting a brewery with a group of partners. For those of you who didn’t, I am.
There is a really solid article about the project in today’s Buffalo News @ http://www.buffalonews.com/city/article175718.ece
Basic info on the brewery: we’re going to be located on the West Side. We’re going to be draft only at first. Our beer is going to be available places like Cole’s, The Blue Monk, Goodbar & Village Beer Merchant when we first open. We’ll expand to other outlets as we’re able to. There is a lot of talk about Saison & Pale on our website (www.communitybeerworks.com) but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a Berlier Weisse available shortly after we open. When we’re able to start brewing is up to the city, state & feds but we’re obviously hoping sooner rather than later!
So yeah, we look forward to providing you folks with kickass beer.
I’ll update this thread as we move forward.
Meanwhile, be our friend: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/communitybeerworks and/or follow us on twitter @communitybeer
Cheers!

Congradulations! I can’t wait to fill up some growlers! I also really like the community gardening angle. My sister works to promote urban gardening in Cleveland. I’ll have to pass the article her way. Good luck and keep us posted!

That is really fine news. Best wishes and cheers.
