Message rudolf beers 2359 º places 104 º 06:20 Mon 8/30/2010 Hi Everyone, Some of you already knew that I was working on starting a brewery with a group of partners. For those of you who didn’t, I am. There is a really solid article about the project in today’s Buffalo News @ http://www.buffalonews.com/city/article175718.ece Basic info on the brewery: we’re going to be located on the West Side. We’re going to be draft only at first. Our beer is going to be available places like Cole’s, The Blue Monk, Goodbar & Village Beer Merchant when we first open. We’ll expand to other outlets as we’re able to. There is a lot of talk about Saison & Pale on our website (www.communitybeerworks.com) but I wouldn’t be surprised to see a Berlier Weisse available shortly after we open. When we’re able to start brewing is up to the city, state & feds but we’re obviously hoping sooner rather than later! So yeah, we look forward to providing you folks with kickass beer.
