Curious if this has made it to bottles, or if it’s solely been on-tap for all of its lifetime. Has it only been on-tap in California or has it made guest appearances elsewhere?

He’s got a bottling line that he hasnt used in a long time that currently serves as a work bench and lunch table. They arent making all that much beer so I dont think you’ll see them outside of LA or at a random festival around CA.

A wonderful brewery with a character all it’s own. In some real way a bit like Moonlight up here -- quality driven, solid product, trademark house character, all local, all draft. A gentle reminder that a good local brewer is GOLD. Drink local.

He’s got some big wine casks that he’s using for sours now. I should have taken a picture but these things have to be at least a couple hundred gallons. I’m sure Chris Q can fill in some of the details but Mark has got some interesting stuff going on at his brewery. Oh, and fresh 1903 was pretty awesome.

i have fond memories of enjoying their triple sage beer at stone beer fests from years past; the aroma is like walking down for a surf at trestles with sage heavy in the air

Not sure how I’m going to make it happen, but I want this as our first keg once we move into the new house. A fantastic beer.
