Dandelion Blossom Saison

Not that you asked, but mine turned out an effervescent hazy golden with a muted floral character in the nose. The dandelions really show up in the very beginning of the palate but give way to the peppery and dry nature of the yeast strain in the end and after. Overall a refreshing and complex beer even though it ended up being pretty high in ABV.
