Yeah, that explanation always seemed like BS to me. Most of us WANT the hop aromas released as we’re drinking the frickin beer otherwise what’s the point? It’s obvious he’s coming up with a better sounding excuse to tell people not to pour it because it looks terrible in a glass.... I don’t really care anyway since the beer tastes great.
