Monday through Friday, but I work at a brewery, and it’s work related.

Pretty much daily anymore. It’s kind of easy when I almost always have a keg of homebrew on tap. If I’m in between kegs/waiting on carbonation, I take 3-5 days off.

I used to drink beer. But I’ll tell you something: I would only drink it in the late evening. Oh, occasionally the early evening, but usually the late evening – or the mid-evening. Just the early evening, midevening and late evening. Occasionally, early afternoon, early midafternoon, or perhaps the late-midafternoon. Oh, sometimes the early-mid-late-early morning. . . . But never at dusk.

How do you count the number of beers you had. A few examples a rolling rock is 4.5% abv but let’s say you have a north coast old stock which is lets say 11.9% Would that be 2 beers? What about you have a bomber? You get my point. Or just based alone on 12 oz. is one bottle no matter what.

Fellow teacher! I start next week (though I’m still just a student teacher at this point). During summers/holidays, and on Fridays/Saturdays, I typically drink three a night. Monday-Thursday, I tend toward two. I went through a phase early this year where I gave beer up for awhile, but since it made no difference, I went back to the nightly routine.

Hmmm. I didn’t know you weren’t support to drink beer every day of the week. Not drinking at least one beer a day, what a concept!

Nice! Student teaching is the trenches. Once you’re in your own room for a few years, you’ll be able to do more during the school year. That said, work friends and I still store it up mainly for Friday and Saturday nights unless there’s a weeknight special close by.

Let’s ignore the biology of consumption rates and other minor details. If you drink a 12% beer, that’s 3x the alcohol in a 4% beer. I typically scale everything according to standard macro swill. One "beer" is 4.5% or so, meaning a 12oz of Old Stock would be 11.9/4.5 = 2.64 "beers".
Changes when you’re also drinking from 750ml and such, but it’s all percentages and works roughly according to my swill-drunkenness scale.

That’s how I work it out. Love a couple of beers each day.
