I gave it my vote for best IPA brewed in Minnesota. Better than anything anyone else puts out consistently. Drank a few tonight. So good. |
I agree, I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked their IPA!! |
Bump because even though I had been drinking, this is 100% accurate. |
I’ve enjoyed pretty much all of their stuff - though I could be considered a homer since I brewed a beer there! |

Wow, this is cool to hear. On the negative side it’s a bummer that it sounds like the recipe won’t always be the same? |
Their hoppy lager was surprisingly good. I did not try the ipa becaise I heard it will be on permanently. |
Originally posted by JK This. It might change slightly but it sounds like its THE flagship beer. CLever really liked the hoppy lager and I agree it was good |
Originally posted by Stine I can check with Niko to see what their plan is. I think he liked the IPA as it is now, but maybe they just want flexibility to change the hops if something isn’t available. |
Cool. If it ain’t broke... |
Town Hall has dozens of IPA recipes; no reason Fair State can’t do that too. |
