Message OldGrowth beers 3472 º places 204 º 08:46 Sat 6/4/2016 So talking to someone, Michael I think, at Firestone Walker tap house last night, works at Thirsty bear brewing as a Brewer, 1) says they have recently gotten a bit more open to other beers than thengerman style I remember them for 2) said you can’t get a decent beer at the Giants ballpark without going to the tap house that’s built into the park, is this right, I’m not expecting a mind boggling selection but thought a 21st admendment or lagunitas would be somewhere in the ball park, yes/no?

Go to the Public House before you enter the ballpark and get your beer. They have a great selection. The entrance is right behind the Willy Mays statue and does appear to be part of the ballpark. Last time I was there a couple years ago, there was an entrance to the ballpark from inside the bar and they let you take your beer inside. I remember the selection inside the stadium being pretty poor.
