Why is the day session so much better? I am in the eastern time zone and have a 5 month old, so 6am is like sleeping in for me. Iíll buy them whenever I am coherent enough to work a computer. Plus Iíll be a little hung over since I am going to the MSU/Boise State game the night before. I hope it works out, but if not, Iím not gonna have a meltdown like some people will.

So I saw this includes 16 2oz pours. Any idea how much additional pours cost?

$1 each, I wouldnít get too crazy though because Iíve always be given way more than 2oz on most beers and after 16-20 samples things start getting a bit fuzzy...

Thatís good. I donít know why they had it at 5:01am before. Iím guessing that neither time is entirely accurate, though.

Regarding why the 1st session is better, Iíve always been a bigger fan of the day session because it gives you time to sober up before bed if youíre so inclined. Plus, the brewers are still sober, so you can carry a coherent conversation with them. I personally am not much of a fan of night-time beer festivals with a few exceptions. One caveat, though, the most popular beers will be cut off well before the end of the session in order to save some for the second session. If you have any priorities, be sure to hit those first.

Itís very odd to me they are releasing these on a Saturday.. especially one of a major holiday weekend?

If they have to do it on a holiday weekend, why donít they just leave it early on?

I thought the same thing, I mean if they are trying to generate a bit of hype and sell out faster then Saturday ticket release makes a little sense, but itís not like they wouldnít sell out anyways. I wonder if it has anything to do with the new venue and location?

I just looked through my bank account from last year and it looks like the tickets went on sale 9/19 last year. Odd that theyíre so much earlier this year...
