Food for a Cassis Beer Tasting...

Brie, Camambert, Duck Confit, braised port tenderloin, all seem like a good match. Also having some fresh blackcurrants, or a very good blackcurrant preserve on hand isn’t a bad idea, so people can see how the flavor tastes on its own, and how it translates into the beer.

Or you know, pizza and chicken wings, whichever works.
