If his lagers are any good, I will probably be a permanent fixture.

Sounds pretty cool. I like seeing more German-style microbrews showing up in the area, though a lot of them arenít worth a damn.

I liked Grimm Brett Bock. But then again, I donít care a lot for standard German beers. Otherwise Idí probably like Gordon Biersch more.

Copper Kettle has some pretty solid, German offerings. I actually enjoyed the newest Grimm Hefe after being disappointed in their previous wheat offerings.

Most of their offerings are solid, but I have been impressed with the German ones as well, especially the new hefe. The brewer has a PhD in Engineering, so he is a stickler for detail, which I think benefits him when brewing these styles.
