Blue Moon has cryogenically frozen yeast that produces three time the "banana" as the natural version. And apparently it’s going to stay frozen indefinitely. Advanced technology is bringing new science to the ancient art of beer brewing Interesting article. Avery, Blue Moon and Renegade participated.
