Hey guys!

Does anyone know what has happened to the production of the BCS? 2 years ago I could buy all I wanted and now all I can get is rumors.

Thanks!

Pfft. We still have some sitting on the shelves (in 2 stores) from last year. Come and buy it.

Anheuser Busch bought the company and burned all the BCS they found, just to make real beer look better!

I’m envisioning a scene comparable to 1933 era nazi Germany with BMC clones hurling bottles of BCS into large bonfires while hoisting cans of bud light.

Funny, but I was wondering if anyone actually had an answer.
Luckily I found one very kind person that will ship some to me!!!

1. Brewery Expansion has cut down production this year.

2. All the special treatment releases in bottle form have cut down production. Same goes for one-offs. For each one off we see at a festival, that’s one less barrel of regular BCS. For each bottle release of Coffee or Vanilla BCS, you’ll see less regular BCS released.

3. Other projects like sour barrels (Lolita, Juliet, Madame Rose and special festival relases) and other Bourbon projects (King Henry was placed in all the barrels that held rare).

4. This whole barrel program as a whole takes up a ton of room. Hard to balance that.

5. Another batch of 2011 will drop in February, at least in Chicago, we’ve been told.

Thanks for that. I was thinking that the tanks could be turned over many times with regular stuff vs aging beer.

The Rockford, IL area only got 4 cases. The city, not including the suburbs, has a population of over 150k. Thats not a lot of beer for an area like that...
