Message KenLee beers 1 º 18:00 Mon 4/10/2006 I’ve been using my Phil Mill for about 8 years with my electric drill to spin the rolls. I can grind 15 pounds in about 10 minutes, only because the hopper is only about to hold 2 pounds at a time.
