t a bbq this weekend I was handed a Greenalls Bitter at 3.8%, I didn’t get chance to scan the can. It was recently bought, so someone is making it. Carlsberg Tetley were the last owners of the name, so I am guessing the Leeds Brewery, but has anyone got any more info?
Btw, not worth rushing out for.

I thought the Greenalls brands had died a few years back. 4/29/2008 5:22:41 AM

I’d guess it’s just a badged "generic" bitter for the North-West market or even cheapo market - Greenalls was my local brewery and none of the pubs sell it now to my knowledge... although it was from Leeds the last I heard but I think the short runs killed it off.

Doubt you’ll ever find out 99% where it’s from or even what it is...
