don’t drink as much, or drink more and more often

and drink more water (at least as much water as beer)

and toughen up

i like to eat a Cliff bar and take a vitamin before I go to bed....but that’s just because I’m hungry and stupid all the time

I never said I was having problems with them......just wondering what some random things people do to combat them?

Couldn’t agree more. I don’t know if it’s psychological or what but Vitamin Water Revive works for me.

I usually take milk thistle and some extra B-12, along with lots of water and a big glass of gatorade before bed. I have heard that prickly pear cactus juice has been proven to lessen the effects of a hangover. Not the headache part, just the queasy stomach. I have tried it a couple of times and don’t know if it worked or not but I was fine the next day. 5/8/2008 8:40:38 PM
