If your an old RB foggey, don’t post here. If you don’t have an avatar, you MUST post here. That all being said, I am also enacting contradictory idiot-OT rules. Since these are OT rules, you can break the rules declared in the first two sentences. So, old foggeys with aviators can post as well. I guess we should keep it on the topic of beer though, since this is in the main forum. Thus:
I went to whole foods today to get another bottle of Tart Lychee. As i biked, I thought... the bottle is expensive, but I enjoyed it quite a bit, so I will buy another one anyways. As I was locking up my bike, I remembered my last visit and though, hmm, I recently got paid, so I want to get a bottle of 1809 BW with the Tart Lychee, what the hell!
To my surprise, both were gone! As I was browsing the stacks, the Hill Farm thread came to mind. And, even though I have yet to have a stellar beer from them (I have yet to encounter a "bad" one either), I decided to get a sixer of Dc Brau beer to support a local brewer. It was ok, not the best, but I can still tell it is fresh....
What are your beer/site thoughts new members and old-idiot-foggeys-with-avatars?

Dp? Wrong forum? Either way who cares. Is old-idiot-foggeys-with-avatars determined by age? Whether you have an avatar? Comments you’ve made in the OT forum? Comments you’ve made in general? Whether you use acronyms in the trade forum? Some combination of the above? Cheers on supporting the local brewer by the way, even if it wasn’t full of RARE, unobtainum, acronym worthy, or could be sold for hundreds of dollars on ebay much to the chagrin of the brewer.

though, if this is a kinda OT thread, but still being loosely related to beer or the site, anybody else have trouble logging in with the ratebeer android app?
