help with zymatore entry to database

I picked up a bottle of b united zymatore canister today at oec brewing. It is aged in grappa, zinfandel, and whiskey barrels. I am totally confused as to how to enter it.

I also got a bottle of non alcoholic dupont cider and am wondering if it is a valid entry. Info in link below:

I can enter the Zymatore.

Apple juice is not eligible for the database, even if made by a cider producer.

BFM La Quatorze (XIV) Zymatore (Bourbon Barrel)

The wormhole that is the Zymatore series... I love so many of these beers but there are always such confusing listings and thats partly due to the project. Empty half a barrel into bottles call it Zymatore Cuvee Freddy... put the other half into a zinfandel barrel. Blend it with a bourbon barrel call it Zymatore Cuvee Freddy. Put some of that back into a cabernet barrel release another version.... what a confusing nightmare for a the person trying to organize these ! Im pretty well versed in the Zymatore program and have visited B.United on numerous occasions and I still scratch my head half the time I see a new Zymatore bottle.

So THAT’S what we’ve got kegged in the cellar...
