How do you guys feel about your state’s representative?

I couldn’t be more pleased with North Carolina’s.

Colorado, Utah, and Minnesota are wrong, but the answers are not ridiculous.

Those are certainly some reasonable selections.

"Scan any user-generated beer rankings and you’ll see the top of the list dominated almost completely by hazy IPAs, adjunct-crammed imperial stouts, and barrel-aged sour oddities — the more limited the higher-ranked. But that entirely misses the point of what it means to be the best."

Yet a substantial portion of their best beers are exactly that.

Kentucky’s entrant is completely what I expected.

Well put together list. Obviously tastes vary but no complaints, maybe Sam Adams utopia

Too many adulterated and flavored beers. Beer bro stuff. La Folie is a weak pick for Colorado, a shadow of its former self and certainly not "crazily complex".

La Folie won me a free trip to CO so I’ll never speak ill of that beer

Haven’t had Broken Truck but if it’s like the rest of De Garde’s beers then the list is wrong

Nebraska: Nebraska Brewing Melange A Trois (Belgian Strong Ale aged in French Oak Chardonnay Barrels)

Not a bad beer but the article states "For my money..." Nebraska is not normally cheap, especially the Reserve Series stuff. Bombers usually run $15-20 and they only do six packs of some of the mediocre core beers.

As far as readily available beers go, Zipline Oatmeal Porter or Brickway Vanilla Coffee Stout are at the top I’d say. Although Empyrean has a new peanut butter porter that is damn delicious called Long Route that may be that new best Nebraska beer.

If extended to special and seasonal beers, Infusion Brewing has a lot of really good things that are one off and only available on tap. They go a graham cracker ale, passion fruit ipa, vanilla bean blonde, all sorts of tasty things.

Drinking a Nebraska Brewing Runnin’ with the Devil (Rum Barrel Aged Barley wine). Not too shabby.
