I know bottles were available and if even near the mind numbing sourness that we had at FoBAB, then this is something the sour heads need to seek out

trinity has been getting a lot of recent praise here in colorado. if colorado springs had more to offer or I were in a beer hunting mood I’d probably make the trip down.

I love festival ratings... some people say the color was clear yellow, others say clear brown??? Perhaps the servers were pouring the wrong thing?

As I remember it, this was more of a flemish red.

Unidimensionally sour. It was OK, tasty even but not very deep or rich. 11/9/2009 6:11:52 PM

Seriously. So incredibly rare is it these days where anyone raves about cohesive beers with cleanness, nuance AND complexity. Vast majority of the highly-acclaimed stuff out there is so boring, simplistic and one-dimensional. I guess it bugs me because I see SO MUCH more potential for beer than what way too many breweries in the US are passing-off as world-class stuff. *rant off*
