Hoping to exchange a 6 shipper. I have BA stouts and Barleywines. Also stouts like Hunaphu and 2013 Darkness

Which Cantillions are you looking for?

This will be my first International Cantillion trade, so ideally I’d like to shoot for Blabaer, Fou, and Pepe Framboise, but I need to become more familiar with the availability of those and the going rate for what I have to offer.

I took a trade offer and I want to see how the international trade experience goes before I commit to another. I’m also nervous now being that I’m in Minnesota and it is going to be cold for the next three months.

Ideally, I want to find a good connection in Europe to exchange our shelf access- I can get Yeti, Founder Breakfast Stout, and other styles year around. I’d also hope to swap special releases as they come out like Darkness, Parabola, Dark Lord, etc. It would also be fun to swap one big bottle a year like a DB Huna, Proprietors, Assassin, etc.

Basically, it would be easier to find someone to do maybe 2-4 box exchanges per year and develop a rapport where we get to know what the other partner likes and lookout for each other. That said, I hope to be ready to swap another box in Feb, so it arrives here in March when the weather warms up.

Trust you know the price for shipping overseas. Figure around $100 for about an 8 bottle box or so.

As someone who lives just north of you in Manitoba, I’d recommend avoiding doing any trades in the Oct - Apr (or so) time frame.
