Iím having dificulty reconnecting an elbow shank assembly to a new faucet that I bought. As of right now the parts I have left over are a circular metal piece(it has rivets for screwing into it) with holes in it for the beer tool and a smaller circular metal piece one side larger than the other. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

The process should be detach old faucet, attach new faucet. New should go on the same way the old one did.
