Tricky one this, as eBay doesn’t allow alcohol to be sold. They do allow collectable bottles to sold, including unopened bottles of beer, where the seller is intending to sell the bottle with the understanding that the bottle will be unopened and the contents not drunk.

Now anyone of us can buy off eBay and what we do with the purchase when it is ours is up to us. But we can’t sell beer on eBay with the intention of selling it for consumption. Nor can we help or encourage anyone to do the same.

We can talk here about who is selling what on eBay, and exchange information on the best places to buy beer. But we can’t really talk about selling it, as that is against the rules. We don’t sell beer here on RateBeer either. We exchange beer. But we don’t sell it.

You’d do better by talking to a beer bottle collecting club, or to the forums on eBay designed to help folks like yourself who want to sell items there. Use Google to find the beer bottle collectors. And click on Community or Help on eBay for advice on selling collectible beer bottles.

As for price - an unopened bottle of Kings Ale on eBay could sell for anywhere between £20 and £80, depending on luck.
