There is a little discussion about this. Check out the beer collectors thread in this forum. Don’t know how much it will help, but its a start I suppose.

Many will, and in fact, many post the fact on their websites. There are a lot of label collectors out there. Your request will not be their first, so they will probably not answer you with anything like, "Geee, we don’t know"
If can’t find info on their website about labels, send an e-mail, telling them how much you like their beers, etc and that you are a collector and would like to get a set of their labels. They will tell you what to do.
I have requested labels blindly with a decent amount of success however. Start out by writing a real nice letter praising them for their great beer, tell them you a collector, etc. and enclose a LARGE self-addressed, stamped envelope (lots of stamps) and few bucks cash for the time and trouble of stopping what is a hectic schedule to stuff a bunch of labels in an envelope.
Good Luck!

good advice. Also make sure that the brewery has labels in the first place. Nothing irritates a brewer more than when you say how much you like sipping on a bottle of their beer and would like some labels when they are a pub with no bottles and no labels. If you were looking for coasters, matchbooks, etc, you will find the e-mail trash bin before you get what you need.
Plus the SASE is key. I can’t afford to send coasters to Prague (what is up anyway with so many collectors in Eastern Europe??) every time a request comes via e-mail.
