I noticed Pliny the Younger is not on their list of approved beers. I really hope none of this was confiscated. 3/7/2010 7:59:10 PM

So it seems some jealous bar owner who did not get Younger called in the owner of these three establishments because they did get Younger?

Also, how does Philly Brewing fit into this equation?

It is so obvious this was directed at these owners. They own all three of the bars. They may not get that beer back before it goes bad and they lose money because of it. Total BS. I love how Monk’s is sold all over the city yet they confiscated here. 3/8/2010 6:52:45 AM

My wife and I were contemplating spending our spring vacation in Philly. Anyone have the contact info for who I can call/write to to voice a complaint about how this silly crap is causing me to reconsider spending my vacation dollars in their city? 3/8/2010 7:14:30 AM

this is fucking rediculous. Really pisses me off. Is there any kind of PA beer petition of any kind? Who would be the proper person to send an e-mail to about this? 3/8/2010 7:21:38 AM

Here’s a cached thread from a few months ago...

I wonder who called the authorities?

Adam77 426:11 This sucks. I was planning on going to Hulmeville when they tapped it, but now it’s not even listed on their site. 3/8/2010 9:13:43 AM
