My wife and I major on cheese: we love it in almost all it’s guises’.

Locally made goats cheese coated with black pepper and honey.
Cambozola
Strong cheddar.
Barkham Blue (big fave of mine)

My wife & I also love cheese. She’s booked us on a cheese making course next year.

Sweet chilli and pepper cheddar
Garlic & herb cheddar
Chocolate fudge Wensleydale
Mince pie Wensleydale

A bunch of Cabot, grantham village cheese, jasper hill and some safeway bulk mexican blend for salads. have severely cut down on cheese though to lose weight.

Love Cambozola: obviously don’t know your local Goat’s cheese, also Barkham Blue is new to me.

What happened to ’normal cheese’? That lot sound an expensive selection, cheaper to buy steak sometimes isn’t it?

Yes, cheese does add a bit to the calorie count and I do not like small portions: some of the so called ’dry biscuits’ that go with cheese can also sneak up on you weight wise.
