Wow, didn’t expect a post like this and had to head to my fridge to inspect. Here’s what I found:
Maytag Blue
Mahon Spanish
Humboldt Fog
Danish Havarti
Castello Danish Fontina
Point Reyes Blue
Port Salut
Black Diamond Grand Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar
Silver Goat Chèvre Goat Cheese
Shaved Parmesan

Whew...that is a lot of cheese!

A Kilo of that would last me for ever.

Will you eat slices/chunks like most normal cheese’s or just grate it over Pasta and other Italian based dishes?

<*))))))><

Nice haul: will not pretend to know all of those but they sound fun and interesting. Not had any Havarti for years, Castello make some lovely soft cheese’s here in Europe: is your one imported?

Yep, imported...and if you haven’t tried Port Salut, I definitely recommend. Soft, creamy, melt in your mouth. Beer, cheese, and bacon...my three favorite food groups! No wonder I have the arteries of an 80-year old!

Yes, I know Port Salut only too well. It’s available pre-packed and ’whole’ in the UK: we have bought it in France too, on our way back from Belgian beer trips if the car has any space left.

I think that’s it. Been a slow week.

What happened to ’normal cheese’? That lot sound an expensive selection, cheaper to buy steak sometimes isn’t it?

A good lot of them were smaller cheese chunks; not as price prohibitive as they’d seem on their face.
