o a buddy of mine is really pushing me into this. Northern Brewer has some nice 4-week starter kits of white wine for about 50 bucks.

Anything else I need to know?

A basic starter kit is good for making about 12-24 bottles of decent wine. Go with a kit to start, then if you like it, buy grapes from whatever your LHBS is. Mine sells a wide variety of excellent grapes in the fall and you can get crushed or rent a press and crush them yourself (which is fun). 7/3/2009 12:19:37 PM

The MoreWine guides are really good. I’ve yet to see anything else as well written and concise on the internets.
