At what point to they outright encourage shotgunning?

well.. considering you punch near the bottom of the can to shotgun, not really sure whats the problem..

I saw this in a food packaging magazine a while back and actually just saw the commercial in the last hour. The article I read discussed the pour. I would think the dynamics of it wouldn’t truly imitate a shotgun.
