What a weekend. Eternal thanks to all those who came out and supported our first few days in business. Never in our wildest dreams could we have imagined how many people would walk through our doors. We could also never have imagined how thirsty everyone would be - and this has unfortunately left us with low beer stocks. We have fermenters full of beer, but rather than rush the process and serve less than optimal beer, we’re going to let the yeast finish doing their thing. We’ll re-open our doors Thursday or Friday with some fresh batches - including the debut of SMOOVE, our salted caramel lager. Thank you, Twin Cities. See you all soon.
