I actually believe it was originally produced in UAE, and that the bulk is still produced in UAE. If I remember correctly it is mainly the corporate head quarters for the industry group that is in KSA. I believe it should stay in UAE at this address: Aujan Industries Co. I changed it to Saudi Arabia after it was pointed out to me that the listed address was the P.O. Box in Dammam, UAE, when Dammam is in Saudi Arabia. http://www.aujan.com/contactus/location.aspx so the question is, should the Dubai Investment Park address be listed as the brewery address? or should we list the corporate base address and add their various breweries here on ratebeer with aliases for beer produced? Guess I opened a can of worms for the admins here.
Message humlelala beers 1377 º places 89 º 12:49 Tue 6/25/2013 Interesting list that brings to mind a question about the consistency in naming countries on RateBeer. For example, Mayotte is a French overseas department in the same way that the Canary Islands are an autonomous community of Spain. However, Mayotte is listed as a country on RateBeer whereas the Canary Islands are not. In my perspective that’s a pity as Tenerife actually has a BrewPub and I’d be hard pressed to believe that is the case for Mayotte.
