The brewery practically gives it away on their website and printable PDF.

I assumed they listed the ingredients in descending order, as per usual, then tinkered with proportions to make the ABV, IBU and color come out right. Iím sure this isnít their exact recipe, but the resulting beer should taste extremely similar:

GRAINBILL (ALL-GRAIN, 5 GALLONS)
7# American Two-Row Pale Malt
1.5# Crystal 15L
1# Crystal 45L
.3#(6oz) Munich Malt
.25#(4oz) Aciduated Malt

HOPS
.5 Simcoe 60 min
.5 Cascade 30 min
.5 Ahtanum 15 min

YEAST
WLP001/Wyeast 1056/Safale US-05/Chico

OG: 1.054
ABV: 5%
IBU: 36

That is way underhopped based on the reviews Iíve read. It needs more in the late additions.
