In Whole Foods Bowery:

Dupont Posca Rustica (aka Cervesia) $12.99/750 ml, who those who like traditional ales. This was recently on tap at RnH.

Full Sail Berliner Weiss ($5.99/750 ml)

Keuka Russian Imperial Stout (I think $12.99/750 ml)

Same beers are in New Beer, around the same price.

$6/750 must be the cheapest 750 Iíve seen in years. Too bad it apparently sucks.

yeah... very disappointed to see the reviews for the Full Sail BW. Iíll probably swing by and get it anyway. .8 cents per ml? For craft beer?

Still $3/12oz, which is pretty high for a session beer. Someone needs to come out with cans of berliner weisse for $12/6-pack AHEM

My bad on the Full Sail BW, itís actually 22 oz. Still relatively economical. But the ratings donít look promising.

BTW, I did the Posca Rustica..really interesting beer.

Itís a rating in a relatively obscure style. i would like to have 10 ratings of each beer style if possible.

In Bellmore Beverage, Capt Lawrence Hops and Roses $15.99 for 12.7 oz bottle. (!!!!)

Also saw the Alchemist Celia Saison in Trader Joes for $9.99/4 pack. I picked one up. I was surprised to see how low it was rated when I got home.

The Celia was not bad. My wife tries to avoid wheat, but doesnít like saisons, but we tried it anyhow. Does this mean Heady Topper is on its way?

I recently had the Heady Topper at the Good Life in Massapequa Park. So rarely does a beer exceed its own hype the way this one did...
