New Clubs?

I was scrolling trough the 100 beer club and noticed that there were over 6000 members with over 100 beers logged. I think the 100 beer milestone is still special, but maybe it’s fun to create a 1000 beer club and even 10.000 beer club. Or lose the 100 beer club and make it a 1000 beer club. I think 100 beers was a lot back when the list was created, but right now, some of us will log over a 100 beers on a single festival. Might be something to be looking into.. or not.
Also, maybe fun idea to create something to honor the members that are here for over 10 years and still active. Separate the men from the boys so to speak.
Just some food for thought.. that’s all!

I agree completely. The 100 Club isn’t the milestone that it once was, and I too think adding 1k and 10k would be worthwhile. Same goes for places to some extent (although 10k places would be a damn impressive achievement).

That said, I also think it is still nice to get a pat on the back, and keeping the 100 Club around is an easy way to do that.

There are additional awards for those with higher amount of ratings in the "awards" section of our profile.

The idea for more place oriented awards would be awesome. Maybe 100 rates in a certain state (etc.) or rating a certain kind of place a large number of times (such as the 500 brewery place rating that so few have achieved thusfar).
