Also, 3Pm means if you guys wanna show up at Hill farmstead at 11:30 you’d be at the pig by 1:30 easily. same goes for most VT bars. so tickers can go tick before 3PM quite easily.

In case anyone is wondering why we pre-bought food, Pro-Pig only can feed 35 people in an hour. They’re giving us the private event space upstairs to use for the afternoon which would mean 35+20 from our side means the kitchen can’t serve us food.

So they’re making it during the slow time and keeping it warm until we arrive. They can only split up to 4 I think Credit cards at once so please just bring cash. Price of food includes tip, gratuity and tax.

If more than 20 show up, then you can still order from downstairs, it just may take a little bit longer than usual...so bonus points to early arrivals.

I’m leaving my area around 1:30 so I’ll be around at 2:30 to sort of oversee stuff then I’m gonna be busy eating :) see you all there.

We will have a waiter taking our orders for beers and running them back and forth. I did not inquire on bringing in outside beverages but I really think their tap list is awesome enough we won’t have to.

If you RSVPed, I sent you an email to the mail address associated with your RateBeer account that has all details regarding the food.

It comes to $29.90 per person w/ gratuity and tax included. The ’boardroom’ seats 30 people so we have plenty of space and I’m going off everyone that told me they have a +1 and the RSVP count.

You can still eat upstairs, if more than 20 arrive, I won’t eat and let someone take my place. I’m fat enough as it is.

Just trying to keep things transparent and open. This is the only place in town that could seat all of us and offered to make it where we don’t have to wait for our food.

All these places are right on the same corner pretty much. I assume after pro-pig from 3-5 we will make our way to some of these places and hang out until 8ish when we get ready to go back for the bottle share. I’ll be walking back to the Best Western so anyone unfamiliar with the way to walk can follow us if they want to walk. With all the snow this week it may be a bit rough but should be fine for those able.

I’m planning on heading out to Lost Nation after we eat. If one or two people wants to ride with me there and back then that’s okay with me. I think there’s at least one person who might be riding with me already and I have an Impreza, so max of 4. May also stop at Rock Art, depending on time, weather, if riders want to, etc. Lost Nation will be my priority since I’m heading there for growler fill.
