The intention was the festival.

I think if you look at last year’s tap list you will find that unless "Ale Avenue, Draft Drive, Suds Street and the Libation Lane VIP Lounge" have undergone MAJOR CalTrans reconstruction there is a lot of pot holes and streets I’d guess most beer nerds wouldn’t venture down.

That said, if you are looking for ticks of run of the mill American craft beer $35 for unlimited tasters might be worth it. However, having lived in the area for a number of years and seeing how this is promoted, it looks to be a $#*@ show of drunken Newport Beach bros trying to maximize that $35 unlimited tasters deal.

I figured so: but thought I had better check!

Us Brits bruise easily.

Cheers for the reply: it does look a little loud and brash for my delicate English palate, which is why I posted the initial request.

But like you say, I could get a host of new ticks without trying too hard and I know some of those breweries make some decent stuff having been in South California twice in 2014.

Plenty of time to think about the event: once again, thanks for replying.

They have only gone and changed the date: it’s now in April, so can’t go if I wanted too.
