Heat, bugs - airborne or from cleaning, nutrients and on and on............. Happy to taste any mead you make!

That would be awesome, I picked up some big black voodoo daddy this week and I believe Art scored a bottle of Darkness. I also have a bottle of Marshall Zhukov on the way, and a homebrew impy to throw into the mix as well. Going to be a hell of a tasting.
