just had a very quick look but seemed a bit lighter on Forgein stuff and most of them were a very british 4.8ish %

Credit to Spoons there’s at least 7-8 beers on there I’d really like to try. The 3 x 1/3 for a pint thing is also good, the Belgians tend to do it more than we do in the UK but it’s good for getting people to try something different to Fosters and Guinness on a Saturday night in the toon.

I remember the last jaunt they had they sold the 8% Carolus Ambrio stuff at £1.69 a pint... I don’t think the local’s cottoned on to that one in time to take advantage of it because the signs said they’d only do it in halfs.

On a more serious note, theres alot of rates for me there, but i’ll probably miss most of them. Will be interesting to see how this port american pale ale with no caramalt in it turns out.
