Odell’s has been doing some wild and barrel aged series for some time now. They have/had

Saboteur 10/11
Bourbon Stout
Deconstruction
Avant peche
Friek 10/11
Footprint
Shenanigans

I’m not talking about the woodcut series though.

What one do you guys think is the most sought after and why?

Deconstruction is somewhat sought out but it hasn’t been released in a while. I’ve traded over a dozen Friek in the last year, making it my most traded Odell brew. Stump, they have a cool sour ale at their tap room right now called Sponanio

Deconstruction is the best one I’ve had, but I’ve only had the first five you listed out of seven. I don’t know how "sought after" any of them are. I’d like to drink Shenanigans just for the name of the beer alone though it hasn’t rated so well.

Deconstruction is the best. Friek is good too.

Loved Saboteur. Haven’t had Footprint or Shenanigans.

Friek is my favorite. Just got a Footprint and Shenanigans to try. The Woodcut series was a little disappointing, but I only had 2-4. I’m not sure any of their 750 ml beers are worth the price, unfortunately, though I do like some of them.

They have serious quality issues with their new yeast. Bourbon barrel stout and this years saboteur are both really bad from the bottle. Foot print was ok but i won’t be buying anymore of their bottled stuff until they resolve the issues. They are top notch in service though!

None have really impressed me. I feel there just trying for the Beer Geek demographic.

Actually some of the people in their tasting room can be real dicks!

Does Deconstruction hold up well? Like, if I saw it in a fridge at a store today, would it be worth picking up?
